“Don’t be a Bystander, be an Upstander” was the theme for Pink shirt day. All of Roscommon school was pinked out on this Friday to raise awareness around antibullying. Room 12 got to do their part by wearing pink but also learning to give a compliment to someone. They learnt that kind words can go a long way to brighten someone’s day and to speak up, reach out whenever they feel like they are getting bullied.
